Incom CEO, David Watson
David Watson, founded Incom in 1994. He has served as Systems Designer and Project Manager for companies in Australia and the USA, including Optus, Vodafone, Macquarie Bank, BHP, NRMA, Deltek, and serviced customers as diverse as General Electric and the Sydney Theatre Company.
David has been instrumental in leading Incom’s strategic vision and operating success. In leading Incom during this period he has established a strong set of core business values for Incom focused on customer satisfaction, investment in product development and teamwork.
Under David’s leadership, Incom’s product line expanded from IT consulting to focus on enterprise risk management solutions for health services, emergency services, police services, local, state and federal government, building and construction, engineering and manufacturing, mining and exploration.
Incom has over 150 installations world wide - Australia - USA - Canada - Europe - Asia/Pacific - Africa - South America. With a decade of experience, expertise and an exceptional track record in designing, developing and providing risk management systems, Incom has established a reputation for delivering functionality-rich applications and highly responsive customer service and technical support.
David’s expertise encompasses a variety of product and market specific areas including software design, software package development, government contracting, financial and project-based accounting systems. His experience and industry knowledge allow him to offer expert opinion on a number of complex business and technology related issues.
During 2002, David provided analysis and design of IT systems to support security of Athens Olympic Games. Working with others he advised Greek police on software and systems necessary to help collect intelligence and manage security during the Games. Those applications included risk management and incident management. More recently in France, David advised a major defence and IT company on Olympic Security for Beijing 2008. David has a Master of Business Administration with the University of New England.
