Developed jointly by the NSW Department of State & Regional Development and Austrade, the NSW Security Capability Directory showcases the technology capabilities of New South Wales Australia.

Incom was previously accredited under the Australian Federal Government's Endorsed Supplier Arrangement (ESA) which informed Commonwealth government agencies planning to implement risk management software that Incom has been evaluated successfully according to a range of criteria.

The Australian Federal Government's "Endorsed Supplier Arrangement" (ESA) has now been terminated and Incom is now listed on the "Information and Communication Technology Multi Use List" (ICT MUL). The ICT MUL is a list of ICT suppliers that wish to sell to the Australian Government.

Australian Government departments and agencies may use the list to source suppliers of ICT goods and services.

Queensland Government Agencies

The Queensland Government Information Technology Contracting (GITC) framework aims to provide consistency and certainty in ICT purchasing and contractual arrangements. This framework is managed by GITC Services by providing advice and assistance to both Government Agencies and the ICT Industry on issues and information relating to GITC matters, procurement and contractual details, and about suppliers of ICT products and services.

Incom is an accredited supplier on the Queensland GITC. This informs Queensland government agencies planning to implement software that Incom has been evaluated successfully according to a range of criteria.

This means that Incom is recognised as a viable long term government partner, and paves the way for state and local governments to procure leading edge risk, incident and issue management software with minimal effort.
