If during the first year after purchase customer notifies Incom of a defect in workmanship, and Incom notifies customer of acceptance of that defect, customer will be entitled to one free electronic download of replacement corrected software when such software is upgraded by Incom, at no charge.

This warranty applies only to products manufactured by Incom, and not to other manufacturer's products which may be required to run the software such as spreadsheet and operating system software, each of which carry the respective manufacturer's warranty.

MONEY BACK - REFUND POLICY
If during the first 90 days from date of purchase the customer advises Incom that the product does not meet customer's requirements due to errors or omissions in the product, and provides Incom with constructive feedback about product shortcomings, Incom will provide customer with a full refund and/or credit towards other products.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
 
COPY PROTECTION
The software in whole or in part may not be fully copy protected. However, reselling or redistributing Incom software for any purpose is expressly forbidden except by agreement with Incom.  Copying the software for a customer's own use is expected, as is the distribution of software output to others in the organisation.  Licenses are required for each person using the software.
