Incom was previously accredited under the Australian Federal Government's Endorsed Supplier Arrangement (ESA) which informed Commonwealth government agencies planning to implement risk management software that Incom has been evaluated successfully according to a range of criteria.

The Australian Federal Government's "Endorsed Supplier Arrangement" (ESA) has now been terminated and Incom is now listed on the "Information and Communication Technology Multi Use List" (ICT MUL).  The ICT MUL is a list of ICT suppliers that wish to sell to the Australian Government.

Australian Government departments and agencies may use the list to source suppliers of ICT goods and services.
