Control Self Assessment is a web-enabled system for Internal Auditors to easily setup control self assessment templates, and business users to easily complete CSAs relevant to their business unit or process.
Services
System Administrator training normally takes one day prior to user training. User training normally takes 3-4 hours per group of 5-8 users.
Incom consultants are available before implementation to assist with strategy and framework, and after installation to assist with the deployment, setting up risk reference data, and post-implementation review.
Software upgrades
Software warranty is for 12 months. Upgrades during the first 90 days are free and thereafter covered by a Software Maintenance Agreement.
Consulting
Incom may be contracted to supply services such as risk management system implementation and review.
